KiteDream Cumbuco is a very well-maintained, self-contained apartment complex located just 200 meters from the endless sandy beach. Despite the close proximity to the beach, you will find peaceful tranquility to relax in the complex. The luxurious property has a beautiful garden with pool, outdoor shower, recreational area for group events, central laundry room, modern security system and lockable storage room for each apartment for kites, boards or other equipment.

KiteDream Cumbuco is a unique property that was designed, created and built by German architect Diana Isabell Stelling, who has lived and worked in Brazil for many years now. A passion for kitesurfing led Diana to fulfill one of her life’s dream, to design a site specifically tailored to kitesurfers who share their love of the sport and high standards where accommodations are concerned.

In total there are 4 residential units located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor are 4 apartments (60 sqm), each with one bedroom. Located on the top are penthouses (120 sqm) which consist of living space and 2 separate bedrooms.

Usage of bikes and the playground are free. We ask that you inquire at the main house/reception area before using them! Thank you in advance!
